Again? is a Chrome extension that shows a gentle pause when you repeatedly open the same website in a short period.
Data Processed
Again? processes the domain of websites you visit so it can detect repeated visits. It stores local daily counts, recent visit timestamps, settings, excluded domains, and ignore-today choices.
Local Storage Only
All data is stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local.
Again? does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or sync your browsing data. There is no backend server, account system, analytics, advertising, or cloud service.
Permissions
Again? uses these Chrome permissions:
- webNavigation: to observe top-level navigations and detect repeated visits.
- tabs: to show the local pause page, continue to the original site, or close the current tab.
- storage: to save settings and local visit counts on your device.
Again? does not request host permissions.
Data Sharing
No user data is shared with the developer or any third party.
Data Retention
Daily visit counts are reset by local calendar day. You can also reset today's counts from the options page. Settings and excluded domains remain stored locally until you change them or remove the extension.
